We’ll work together to verify your employment, assets, and debts while gathering other important documents ahead of time. Getting pre-approved for a loan can help greatly when home shopping, setting you apart from other buyers. Once you get through this stage of the process, you're ready to set out on your house hunt and make an offer!

Once you’ve found your dream home, and together, we’ve designed the best loan for you, it's time to mobilize your team! Our Alderus A-Team makes the application process simple, convenient, and hassle-free. We’ll let you know what additional documentation is needed to submit your file to processing. We make certain that the inspections, disclosures, and appraisals are all handled in a streamlined way. And we keep you informed with a weekly update call to answer any questions you may have and keep you in the loop on all that's happening.

This is the stuff that will make your head spin - the detail-y part of the loan where the Alderus A-Team really shines. We dot the i's and cross the t's, making sure you're on your way to homeownership. And speed is key. We prepare your file for underwriting to make sure all the loan requirements are met. From there, you'll get final approval, and wait, what's that on the horizon? Yep, that's your closing date!

You're so close! The Alderus A-Team will prepare all of your loan documents, we'll do some small things like order title insurance and talk you through securing homeowner's insurance. You have a bunch of documents to sign at your closing appointment. But this is really when we celebrate! Once your funding is complete, you get the KEYS to your dream home!
